Since all of our items are custom-made, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery in order for us to try and correct the situation if it is a manufacturer’s defect or an error made in production.
Custom-made & personalized items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. We will gladly reproduce any custom order if we made a mistake on our end (yes we are human)!
Returns & Exchanges due to defect or production error must be approved prior to any merchandise being shipped back. Please email email@example.com with any problems or issues with your custom product.
Once the order is placed and the check-out process has been completed, it will not be possible to cancel an order due to the set-up and pre-production process that begins immediately upon receipt of the order.
We will happily accept returns and refund your order in full if there are any product defects, or if the order is wrong because of our error. We will not issue refunds for orders where the customer supplies us with incorrect artwork, incorrect spelling or a typo or other error.
Please carefully proof-read and spell check all information provided to us.
